This course will enable participants to identify and utilise global best practices in maximising their human capital. Participants will be able to increase the performance and efficiency of their organisation by creating and implementing innovative and long-term human capital resourcing and retention strategies. Participants will look at the total career and talent cycle and identify where they can best add value to their organisation.
Duration and Training Method
A three-day classroom course. This course is highly experiential and uses a combination of facilitation, coaching, learning exercises, participant examples and discussion sessions to ensure that participants develop the competence and confidence to use the various principles and techniques discussed.
